This one ended up being a small split in the factory charge tube. Owner of the sled (at the time) said he checked them both thoroughly, but apparently missed spotting it. Sled was since written off and new owner had it serviced at local Dealership where the issue was found.

Thanks for the info! I will likely test this week for leaks with my compressor. Thinking of unhooking at the sensor and apply 15-17 psi to that line.

NO, do not put pressure to the boost sensor and turn the sled on! You'll get a code that is extremely hard to remove as told by a tuner.

Appreciate the warning! I was going to unhook the small line at the sensor and apply some pressure to see if I can find the leak. Is this ok as long as I dont turn the sled on?

Thats fine, just don't turn on the ign switch.
