I'm riding tomorrow and today I looked at my clutches after a blown belt last weekend and saw all the crap in the secondary so I took everything out and cleaned everything but noticed I cleaned the mark I made on the sheave off but not the post.
How can I correctly line up the sheaves THANKS to all for any help Thanks Mark

helix is marked 0,3,6, and 9. the sheave is marked 1,2, and 3. line up spring ends in 6 and 1 for 70 degrees wrap, or 6 and 2 for 80 etc. stock on your sled i believe is 60, but others will correct me if its not, but 60 will work.

How do I line up the sheaves so they are properly balanced I cleaned them to get all the crap from a broken belt out and the mark I made at the begining of the year wore off. Thanks Mark

The secondary shives can go together in any order. They are not specifically balanced like the primary.

good so it doesn't matter how the sheaves go together. I was worried because I know when I changed my spring to a white in the secondary at 60 I marked the helix tower and sheave and now the mark on the sheave is gone so when I put it back together I lined up the helix with the tower I marked. Quick question Turk now with new belt and white spring at 60 and changing to silver at 90 it bounces past 11000+rpms Any ideas Thanks Mark
