Do they make such a thing?? Lots of play in my rotor. Or is that normal?

Your drive shaft may have spun on the bearing, and or the bearing stuck periodically which then wears the inner side of the rotor which puts pressure on the inner race. Maybe you got lucky and just a new rotor and driveshaft bearing needs replacing.

Any special procedure for removing /nstalling the sprockets on the drive shaft?

Ya, buy a complete shaft if possible, lol. They have to be pressed on and off the shaft. Its a pain in the #*$&@ on these driveshafts the way they are designed.

A shop press...and before and after mesurements are good.

Without somekind of press you will damage the sprockets comming off and the new ones going on.
