Its that time of year sadly. Time to get the sleds ready for next year and put them away for summer.

I can service your shocks till end of April for $25 a shock + Parts and Shipping. I use Amsoil and Ohlins grease. Most require only oil and service. Have your sled ride like new or better next year. I always treat my customers like those I ride with. PM me for shipping info or feel free to call (920)323-1973

Thanks,
Steve

I may take you up on that. I'll wait a little to make sure we don't get snow, but since this winter has been a bust so far I doubt there will be any ridin' here  I got a set of GYTR front shocks for my Warrior that I would feel better if they were checked out. So I may contact you in a couple of weeks. If I can't ride it I may was well work on it. LOL

For the $25 service special I completely disassemble shocks clean them and inspect for any damage or signs of wear. If none I lube all seals and replace the oil and Nitrogen charge. I will say that all floats the oil does last longer than other shocks because the air sleeve prevents most water from getting into the oil. On the floats I pay alot of attention to the Schrader valve and inner seal. Normally if there is no visible damage and the shock is still working a refresh is all thats needed. When water/moisture gets in it will damage the shock. Its only a matter of time. Oil and the seals dont work when contaminated with water. A very aggressive ride will also burn the oil eventually. If aluminum body the aluminum contaminates the oil. Also oil eventually gets by even the best seals and Nitrogen gets into the oil. Rebuildable shocks are meant to be rebuilt as often as convenient. It always makes a difference. I am a Ohlins dealer and have O-rings and seals on hand for almost all makes of shocks on both sleds and quads.

Can you refresh a Mono shock with a Hygear revalve?
