shout out to cannaondale27-OIL LEAK

Well my little leak that I thought was possibly either oil over filled or oil separator check valve stuck is not the issue. Called cannondale 8:30 at night due to leaving for a trip Thursday night and he walked me through the oil separator cleaning process, not bad at all just time consuming to get apart. well got it back together fired it up and shut down and oil is dripping from one of the 3 lines between muffler and oil tank. dropped off at the , dealer this morning who did the chaincase fluid and oil change, don't know if this has anything to do with it but it has never leaked before and there has been a tiny bit of fluid leaking ever sense but just figured it was oil over filled. ANYWAYS, THANKS CANNONDALE27 YOU ARE A GREAT ASSET TO THIS FORUM AND FOR HELPING ME WHEN I NEEDED IT. Now hopefully they can fix this so I can leave tonight, the snow is calling me

Well just found out that the evo muffler lower bracket rubbed a hole thu the aluminum oil return line. Of course no part in stock, so having them cut the line and put a rubber hose in it. Should be good till I can get the part, being that its a low pressure line. thanks again cannondale

Sidewinder hose is all rubber no metal. But that will work. Have a great ride
