Wanted to take a minute to post a couple dealerships that have gone above and beyond the "others". I'll keep it 100% positive by focusing on the great dealers like Pat's in Greenland, MI (U.P.)
We're here riding in the U.P. for the week and today, our first day, my Apex kept shutting off and showing code 46. I was able to limp into Pats. They were extremely busy, as the riding is fantastic. Kip still got my sled right in and diagnosed the problem. They stayed open late and a mechanic stayed to fix my sled. They found my secondary bearing was going bad as well and replaced it too. My final bill was very fair. I was back on the trail enjoying all this snow, thanks to Pat's. They know how to take care of the customer!

X-3 for Pat's, I can't say enough on how well I was treated last year when my Attak developed a TORS problem. I was so impressed I purchased my 2012 Apex XTX from them. Great service!!!

Port Yamaha has been great for buying parts online.

Locally, Arnprior Sportland and Carleton Place Marine have both been great for me.

RJ's Sport and Cycle in Duluth has been wonderful to me, the Sales guy still remembers my name and the sled I bought 4 years ago and still gives me the "new purchase" discount at the parts counter when I'm picking up Oil/Slides/Honda parts. I know kinda find it funny that they Picked up Arctic Cat 2 years ago...... now they will have look alike Blue and Green sleds on the floor.

I've also delt with Port Yamaha for big parts purchases/tracks before and they have also been great.

pats is awsome will tear down a brand new sled if need be to get you back on the trail. also shout out to team motorsports green bay they are always fair and their shop is first rate.

pats is great kip will get you in his shop right away. he wants you to get back on the trails right away. kip helped me out! his shop even stayed late to get my sled done. thanks pats!

I probably saw you there. I just left the UP today....2 days early. Was in Pat's dealership this morning. Had a hard time leaving all the new snow they got. My buddies mom died last night and we all rode together. Had to load up and leave this morning. Yesterday's blizzard was awesome!!

We stayed in Mass city a couple weeks ago and the best part was being near PATS. They had every part we needed (new or used) and when we got tired of fixing things we rented a sled from them. I have never been to another dealer that even comes close!
