Yeah those blue models with white decal near muffler are showing alot more then mine.I just wiped down my white panels. Googone makes it effortless. For me, I would use the magic eraser on the tougher stuff. As the M.E. is abrasive.
I am going to try straight gasoline on decal. Just to see. Obviously, it's that very small area right by exhaust. Just didn't think it was going to be this big of a deal. Oh well.....

Just like me to overlook the obvious. In my defense, I have bought so much crap over the years. Buying new gets old.
Nice......I'll give it a go tomorrow.
Thanks fourload!!

Haha....I'm rubbing out mine as we speak. Try a .05¢ worth of brake cleaner. Unbelievable.

I agree with the magic eraser pad on panels....that is needed to scrub down into the grainy surface of the panels. The smooth areas are easier to clean. White panels are pain in #*$&@.lolTried brake clean to get that awful belt dust from the 8jp off.best I found was vim cleaner and a magic eraser.made the white panels new again

Ah Gumout! I was cleaning an old Honda bike carb with it in my youth and took a blast to the eye (calm down Shagnos). Doc said my cornea was “cratered”... I would have figured it would’ve melted right through those decals. Good to know, this time with goggles!

SD 20 Degreaser works great. Ordered a couple cans to clean the soil off the white panels...works great and doesn’t harm any decals or anything else.

Not to beat a dead horse. But while I still use brake clean on decals. It didn't do anything on white panel itself. And that's where this bleach white really shines.

Bleche white tire cleaner? Interesting....I use Meguiars wet tire stuff on the vinyl, but my little white decals down low, and my white curve skis get exhaust crud....advance auto? Not to beat a dead horse.
