Side panel exhaust stain

Ive never tried magic eraser ...but its not abrasive at all...at least the one Ive used in the house.?

guaranteed stain removal ....brake cleaner used sparingly on soft towel ....(use caution and make no representation on how it will affect long term)
Its a sanding pad.....sure its soft but its designed to SCRUB. Its not a sponge like some people think.

The magic earasers I use are extremely soft. Almost softer than a dishwashing sponge. I have had really good luck with them. SOS pads are a different story. They work. But are really aggressive.

I could mail you some LOL

Maybe just show us a video of it working on bottom decal near exhaust. Please include plenty of light. Lol!

Kinda funny......I've investigated older Vipers running around. Same area is dirty brown. Same same for them.

There must be a cure. Other than the obvious. (Replace decal)

I have my left side panel inside the house here(after a belt blow) to clean it up....

The plastics are white, rough....so that means solid white all the way thru the plastics, on much of the panel. On top and a few small areas, the white is a painted surface.

I find the painted white surface is a simple wipe down to clean, no issue.

Its the rougher unpainted plastics that tend to draw in the dirt, getting into the crevices when looked at very closely. On these sections the scour type pads or Magic erasers work best for sure. I just did mine with water only and scrubbed it all off....It was mostly belt dirt though. The exhaust is harder.

I would not use a pad on any painted surface, however the graphics seem to be OK with a very mild type pad, but a black graphic will show light scratching from certain pads. White graphics seem to do better to not show.

If you look at many of the gas line anti-freeze, with methyl-alcohol in them ....they work very well on exhaust to wipe it off, so I can only assume some of this in conjunction with a light scour pad would do a really good job on exhaust side.

I just wiped down my white panels. Googone makes it effortless. For me, I would use the magic eraser on the tougher stuff. As the M.E. is abrasive.

I am going to try straight gasoline on decal. Just to see. Obviously, it's that very small area right by exhaust. Just didn't think it was going to be this big of a deal. Oh well.....
