Sidewinder Luggage

I for the life of me can't remember what site I saw that on. But after searching some more it looks like that float plate is for the vipers. Maybe it works on the winder also? I am guessing it fits right up to the bumper to help snow from getting behind the bumper? I dunno. Here is the p/n: SMA-8KC34-00-BK On the Canada site it says "Does not fit up with optional accessory front bumpers" So it might not work on the winder. I'm guessing wherever I saw it had incorrect info listed.

Update: I just saw this. It's for a viper. If that won't work on the winder I wonder if they will be coming out with one. http://www.sledsolutions.com/index.php?id_product=298&controller=product

Mr. Sled; It might be another place interested in becoming an advertiser? I have nothing to do w/them. It was just something I came across. If posting this goes against anything feel free to delete it.

Does anyone know yet if the viper rear skid plate fits the winders?

After a few mods we are making the Up North Tech linQ double mount system work on the Sidewinder. Ken at Up North tech is working on a mount that will not need any modifications. Should be done early December. There's nothing like being able snap fuel caddy or bags on and off quickly.

How about the rack itself, will it be able to snap on and off of the tunnel easily ? And will it fit the 129" ?

Here's my fuel caddy with stackable bag

Will the new larger gas caddy fit and a bag behind or front with this rack?

Not on a 137. The larger tank is taller and longer. On a 137 can only use the 3 gallon tank with the small or medium bag behind.
You can use the single LMP-1 mount with the larger 4 gallon tank and stack the small, medium or the new Sr21 bag on top.

LMP-1-B it is listed for viper and ZR. No issues with heat exchangers

I also added skidoo tunnel stickers to adapter. I don't think you need them but I had a set from my skidoo they are 10 bucks. You can see them on the pic of the bracket.

It keeps the bottom of the linq accessory from rubbing through finish. I have to tell you the finish on the bracket is incredibly durable. Proven after my kid dropped it and it skidded across the concrete floor... no damage at all

I was thinking of putting some Scotch 1 in. x 10 ft. x 0.065 in. 2228 Rubber Mastic Electrical Tape under the bracket. It's a tough rubber tape that sticks to itself. I always wrap my bars with it before attaching ram mounts. Keeps the finish nice once removed.
