ski doo idler wheel question??

hey guys I saw a post about someone changing there rear idler wheels to the new flat black fan style ones from ski doo and I cant find the link anymore,

I cant even find the style wheels on ski doo's website,
anyone know the wheels I'm talking about?

and anyone know how hard it would be to put them on and 08 nytro??
