Has pricing been released yet? Do the dealers know or are they just taking deposits regardless? Sounds like some dealers are already sold out of their allocations (Canada).

Jaret can say what he wants, but I can tell you they wont deliver and don't be surprised, in my experience
Sent you a PM, send me your information and i will do some digging for you.

Why don't you post it here, a lot of us don't care for Facebook!
It was not live on Youtube when posted yesterday. It is live now!

What parts are missing? Are they short because the procross is almost done? Maybe Mike knows while knowing everything else. Lol
You should have your sled and also be upset. Might as well get a 24 at this point and even if you start the production and can’t get parts how does that matter? Sleds were built and the parts needed are not there? If you built them last spring the parts would be?
Hope my catalyst comes because if it doesn’t I’ll just buy another brand. Winter is short. And others are over providing
Primarily left hand controls were holding up the Sidewinders from shipping. Nothing to do with Procross/SRV/Catalyst...supply chain has not fully recovered from the pandemic and we are still experiencing unexpected shortages at times.

Jaret,Hi All,
There is a lot of misinformation in this thread. Let me try to set some things straight here.
First and foremost we have increased production this year. There are more units available.
Changes have been made in both CA and USA to try to make it easier for customers to lock in a 2024.
We still expect many models to sell out quickly.
We posted a new sledtalk today on Yamaha Snowmobiles Facebook explaining how USA orders will flow through the website and Canadian orders will flow through your local dealer.
Hope this helps,
Jaret
If you read these forums do you see the comments that people have on sleds and what the consumers want? Increasing production on sleds at $23K+ for a short season isnt what people are asking for......

I can understand people being upset, but attacking Jaret is wrong. He doesn't have to come here at all. This site isn't owned by Yamaha. If Yamaha could get the parts I am sure they would get the remaining sleds done along time ago. It does Yamaha no good delaying delivering sleds.

Supply chain issue still happening across all industries. One way to fix it. Vote the bums who caused it out!

Supply issues are a result of many factors .. We sent our manufacturing to China for the exchange of cheaper prices , lower wages to build things ect… We become their biggest customer.. Now the tables are turning and we are now responding to the threat they became.. The semi-conductor chip machine blockade between United States, Japan, and the Dutch that Trump started and Biden continued has shut down many companies, many, many orders and who knows how many products.. Just check the empty containers sitting at the ports and all the protests going on with employees not being paid wages for work already completed.. They have no source for the high end chips and it could take them many years to produce them.. Don’t look for China to change supply chains issues in the near future as they have serious problems in so many area’s it’s unbelievable…

- 2022 Tcat EPS,
2014 ZR9000 (sold)
1978,1979,1980 SRX (sold)
Still plenty of supply chain issues which also leads to "what can be built" in 2024. a good example is for the 2023 MY, cat was going to build the 7000 ZR but had supply chain issues and pulled it back. I would not expect to see this change for at least another year. Ford still has brand new trucks sitting in the yard waiting for chips. Two options were cancelled on a truck I just ordered. I waited until end March of 22' for my 22' Tcat. Did not get to ride until this winter. It is certainly frustrating, but it is what it is. Both cat and yamaha wants to sell all the sleds they can build.

Wtf that is just stupid. I am so glad I jumped on the 2023 srx with eps instead of waiting starting next season with 0 miles on sled and money still in wallet the guy that cancelled is in the same mess as last year for a new sled

Good point I was fairly animated , To his credit Jaret reached out to me and looked into things, that is top shelf in my books. I am glad I am getting my 2023 (on route), I can't handle the stress of trying to get a 2024 LOLI can understand people being upset, but attacking Jaret is wrong. He doesn't have to come here at all.
