You can check here...and there are other posts on it as well...mainly stating the Oilite kit from Ulmer is the way to. The steering blocks mentioned in this thread will be the next things I get when my stock plastic Yammy ones start to wear again...

Hi There
I have found alot of the play in the handle bars to be an excessive amount of clearance in the plastis bushings found on the main shaft connected to the handle bars, also this same bushing is used on the steering shaft just above the right ski area.
These bushing are a split design, I removed an machined to a closed tolerance. Worked great.

You might also want to look at this thread. There is another bushing that may be causing this.

I fixed mine as follows, remove the lower block assembly, bore new larger 1" hole in the plastis part, go to local hardware store and buy a $5.00 3/4" oil lite bushing, cut in half lengthwise and remove any burrs. You might have to spread the cut bushing slightly to fit properly. This removed 70% of the slop and should never wear out again as the new bushing is oil impregnated. I had a buddy bore out the hole to 1".

Better option and no plastic:
The steerting post is not 3/4" BTW.

Correction, buy a 1" bearing and bore hole to suit

I had a buddy bore out the hole to accept the 1" bushing. I posted incorrect size before(couple of beers) scmurs corrected me, thanks.
