Ya we are the same condition here. I called parkway both his suppliers out of stock on trackers and royal dropped them by sounds of it so this mission is a next year mission now. But glad trackers work my sled is good with slim Jim's but I feel like there is room to improve lolmight only get one weekend here as the rain did a number on the trails here. did not ride sunday but i see quite a bit of brown from what i can see from the road.

I was going to put trackers on my Curves ski , but I could not get them on time, so I’ve installed another set of Jim’s for rest of this season. I’ll try them next winter if I still have a Winder.

I have slim Jims on the curves for 2 years now, (winder 137) very tight front skid straight rate spring, very soft front end, and it's become almost playful, a little push, zero darting, but excellent in looser trail snow, wet or tore up, with no more inside ski lift. Hate the ski lift.

Have had a set of Curve XS skis on my 17 LTX-LE since almost new. Have been using Slim Jim duals on them, first the 6” set and found them to be too much for my 144 studs up the middle, and caused heavy steering. Now on my second set of 4” SJ with much lighter steering and 0 darting, and have gotten use to that light push in corners that duals give. Otherwise sled is so stable with my set up, that I really don’t want to try anything else. The one thing I am not enjoying about the SJ is rocks getting stuck in them when on very marginal conditions like this season has brought! It’s a pain to tip sled on it’s side and pound out the stuck rock or rocks. Have heard much talk about the SnoTrackers and am thinking of next season. For those of you who have gone down my same road, what is preferred for easy steering and that No Hands type handling feeling that I now have, Semi or aggressive? Any problems loading sleds on trailers with all that metal under ski, and do they also collect rocks when going over gravel?

I prefer Aggressive Snowtrackers myself. When they got worn finally after about 20,000 miles I elected to replace them. I dont think they had yet worn down to semi aggressive status however. The semis will push a bunk more in the corners is what I've heard from guys that have actually run both. That said, the Aggressive will also push if the snow conditions are loose and right around freezing or thawing.
Rocks will also get stuck in them the same as a Slim Jim dual. I would say it takes a larger rock however and less rock collecting on the trackers, you know when it happens as the snow will spray out and you can feel the drag.
If the trailer has a big step they will get caught, if no step its fine. I've used a 2x4 if you have a big step, some guys use a piece of PVC to help with loading. I've used trackers since they came out with them. Love them on the Doo skis myself, wont run them on a Cat ski like the old 2012 Procross had. I find them very unstable on the Cat ski, I believe they mount too far forward on the Cat ski which makes them unstable. I have had great luck with them on the old Yamaha ski and the Doo skis.
