There has already been a ton of stuff written on the 06's. I would do a search

We stopped on the way home from Canada last Friday and ordered the wife a new Vector. She had 11,000 miles on her MXZ 600 and I was damn sick of the smell. We can only hope she will get as many trouble free miles out of the Vector.

Apex GT for me! I like the color and hopefully will like the shock package!
P.S. to anyone who has ridden them can the GT be ridden in the bumps as hard as the RTX?

Apex GT because I weigh 225 lbs and my 125 lb wife will be riding it on occasion and with the clickers in the front and the electronic Ohilin in the back it will take literally 10 seconds to soften it up for her style. Additionally, the trails in WNY can get very rough and with the extra oil in the remote resovoir and the quality of the Ohilin in the back the ride will stay more consistent on a rough day. Also I think the black and silver color combo looks the best.

Apex RTX w/ reverse for me.
I selected this model because, for me, I wanted to stay as light as possible with the new fuelie 150 and still have big bump and jump capabilities with the very easy adjustability of the Fox Floats in the front. I also didn't see the need to spend the extra cash on the GT plus I like the Red and Black.
Oh well, just my $.02 cents.

If yammie develops a 450lbs sled with a 300 hp Im in
Apex GT. I'm hoping Yamaha will give me one, so I can post my most excellent reviews and serve as a test mule.....

Apex GT, i went with this one b/c i love the colors, didn't want to be the same as everyone else(looks like alot are getting it though)
and i love the idea of the electronic controlled shock and the front piggys are going to be nice to adjust.
it has a hefty price on it but the price doesn't really bother me, i just figure you're getting the best of the best and prices will only keep going up.

It was a toss between the Apex-GT and the Attak - after seeing the sleds yesterday I went with the GT. After looking at all the sleds, I was really impressed!! The only negative impression I was left with was the cheesy plastic cover for the rear storage in the Apex line! The Yama rep said the final sled will have the same setup, only the plastic will be textured instead of smooth.... With the fit & finish of the rest of the sled it really looks out of place, a stitched/hinged soft cover would be better!
