Does the soft spring from Barn of parts actually work? Have any of you tried one? Did your full shift RPM change at all? What do you guys know about these? Thanks boyz.

Installed one on a 15 viper ltx, kept clutching all stock with 8jp belt.
Lowered initial engagement rpm to lessen the jerk/bang when creepy along.
Still had full rpm and shift otherwise.
My experience was excellent and sled preformed exactly as Travis described.

Put one on my 16 Viper LTX DX and didn't notice any difference other than the low engagement. Like it a lot!

Totally works. Keeps you from running off the end of the trailer into your truck.

I had one. It lowers engagement without sacrificing in other areas.
Definitely a good investment

I put BOP soft start spring on a 2015 LTX SE and a 2016 LTX STX- both of us are very happy- best improvement so far with each sled. No change seen at top end, but what a pleasure to accelerate from a stop now! Much better control. We each have around 800-900 miles on them and still lovin it!
