yes- the bag took maybe 3 weeks and the damper took 6 weeks or so after i picked up the sled. You have to stay on your dealer to get your stuff.
Yes also took 3 weeks after I picked up the sled.

As stated, not very timely but have both. Bag was with sled on 10/22/15, damper showed up about a month later.

Picked up sled 10-15 bag was on hold waiting for me to pick up. Dampers were in a week later. Brought sled back to dealer and installed dampers in about an hour and a half.

I must have lucked out. Picked my sled up 11/16/15. The PD was installed and took the Ogio bag with me back in October when the crated sled showed up.

My shocks were installed and bag was also with dealer when I picked up in Nov. Have tried calling Yamaha to find out the deal with my $600....called twice and no one seems to know whats going on....the "guy" that knows seems to be out of the office. Dealer told me Yamaha sends the info in mail....maybe I need to wait 6 weeks (-:

That 600$ was with the deal with your dealer when you order it. Your dealer must have kept it in the deal when you spring ordered itMy shocks were installed and bag was also with dealer when I picked up in Nov. There should be zero issues with cashing in the $600 that was part of the 2016 Spring PowerSurge you got with your 2016 spring order. It is very simple - it is like having $600 in credit towards the Yamaha Accessories catalog through your dealer. It was like a spending spree! I gave my dealer a list of the things I wanted with part numbers. He pulled the items he had in stock (spare belt and the seat bolt) and gave them to me on the spot, then ordered the rest, which came in about a week later. This was all between 11/16/15 and 11/24/15. If your dealer is giving you the run around, I would be either calling Yamaha myself or going to another dealer having them contact Yamaha. That is bullsh*t what the dealer is pulling and makes Yamaha look bad. Prompts me to give a shout out and a huge THANK YOU to my dealer, Eric Johncox at Sunnyside Cycle in Alexander, NY for delivering everything I paid for and being a great Yamaha dealer and not one of those D-Bags dealers.

I'll take a pic of it after work today. It's a full size gear bag with wheels. I'd use it for airline travel if the baggage handlers wouldn't trash it.
