spray that stuff on the sway bar links, the 4 a-arm mounting points, shock bushings, ball joints, and steering links.
noise is gone. 5 rides later still no noise. its clear so you can apply it liberal.

I am sorry but that is not going to fix a sloppy bushing.

Bushings are poor, lube is a Band-Aide. My shop sprayed my whole front end. It is quieter, but the amount of slop in the front end has me wondering....

Exactly like mine. Dealer says that the bolts are also bent and about to shear off. The holes in the frame are oval now. They say not to ride it and they are seeing if Yamaha will warranty a new sub frame for mine. As they don't feel it's safe. I know Yamaha will only put the original junk back in so I ordered the Oilite bushings from Ulmer and those should help take up some of the slop and make it last a lot longer and move a lot smoother.
http://www.ulmerracing.com/ Under accessories tab at the bottom of the page. For the Phazer they are only $60 some dollars.
Yes I had bushings on order before I found his. Will run with stock/grease fittings but next time Ulmers for sure.

Let me ask, did you call Yamaha and let them know? Reason I ask is that I am getting tired of calling them with issues I have (today I called about the edge of the track, ball joint slop and the front rear suspension mounting bolt) and hearing..."that's the first we heard about that". Then their normal reason why it's occuring, placing the blame on the snow conditions. If you could let them know and send them the video...
Yes I did.Was denied since now I am under the YES warrantee.Came out of my pocket.Deemed normal wear.If you have a email I will send the video.

Here is an email: CustRel@yamaha-motor.com
I sent them a couple pages yesterday regarding all the fricken issues I have had and still encounter. Also, regarding the conversations with the product specialist @ Yamaha.
Let me get this straight, Yamaha deemed those bushings as normal wear and you ate the cost to replace? If so, you need to scream louder because that is BS. Send a letter detailing all your issues along with the video, lets see if we can get this ball moving.
Anyone else that has had any issues, send an email and call Yamaha. As MM stated, times are different and if Yamaha thinks they can continue with the "that's the first time we have heard of that"...I'll be more than willing to spend my money with SkiDoo or Polaris.
2400miles when video was taken. They were bagged out before 2000 though.I will give it a try. Thanks for email.

Exact same, 2400 miles. With the front of the sled off the ground I can pull the skis forward about an inch. Both ball joints and all the a-arm mounts are horribly sloppy. All the steering joints are sloppy too. I can even move the skis left and right in the spindles because where the skis mount to the spindles are sloppy and loose too. I can literally take the tips of my skis and move them in (together) and out (apart) about three inches, because the steering joints are so sloppy. Even after having the steering "update" done twice now. It's getting to the point of scary.

i had planned on selling mine anyways and really only bought it for the winter because i plan to move to florida.
i love sleds but it is expensive, i have to trailer north with these ridiculous winters when i used to ride local, and they just break to damn much.
