Would this mod void yamahas warranty?

Intake kits will be in stock later this week.

I love how those air intakes sound! I do miss that about my Nytro! :-o

The kit is in stock and available to ship!

what does adding this air intake system do to your warranty??. I have a 2015 LTX-SE on order.

I wouldn't think it would void any warranty. Filters are just bolt ons and it never affected my Nytro, but then again my Nytro never was in the shop. But if your allowing more air in to really benefit from this you would want more air getting out as well. So header as well. And then lol the PCV and clutch. Then it would be set up nicely. And with all that I still don't think it would void any warranty. Cause Yamaha would have to prove that those mods caused the problem. And I don't think they would cause any problems. With the PCV the lean issue should be out of the picture, with a good program. And if that went bad for some crazy reason the dealer that installed should back up there work!!

Allen will this mod, muffler K&N filters and pvc reduce fuel milage much?

4-5 hp. No need for a PCV if the muffler is stock.

O.K., not to beat a semi-dead horse but how would a MBRP can play into this? I'm wondering because it's not a full free-flowing header etc.

Just my thoughts but if you have a can and are thinking of getting the intake why not get the PCV as well, that way you are allowing the performance products to reach their full potential. The stock fuel mapping will more than likely work but you will no doubt be a tad on the lean side. Best luck I ever had was with a pcv and an autotune. Granted it was on sportbikes and not sleds but even with a pcv programmed with a tune specific to your intake and exhaust you will never get it's full potential until you have a map setup specifically for your exact machine and since no two machines are exactly the same, the best bet is to get the autotune as well so that it does all the hard work for you. One of my most recent sportbikes I have a race filter and full exhaust and got a pcv with a tune programmed for the exact mods I had. Rode it for a couple weeks before I broke down and bought the autotune, the difference the autotune made was VERY noticeable. Throttle response was instant, power came on quicker and pulled smoother and harder all the way to the redline. After comparing trim charts from the original tune to the finished tune the changes that were made were pretty drastic, there were several very lean spots and a major rich spot right in the 6-7000rpm range which is cruising rpm so everytime I would roll on it in high gear it would act like it was choking and just would t go..one bad lean spot around 12,000rpm and on hard acceleration it would get there and you could just hear it start to scream and it acted like it was gonna blow apart. With autotune it was strong steady pull from idle right up to 16,500rpm redline. Buy the proper stuff, you'll never regret it.
