Great video Allan. Question for you though. It is my understanding from all I have read, If you are running the 8DN belt and remove the bolts and washers and put on the OSP belt adjuster will that be fine?
 
Nice! Also anyone who put shims under Helix is guaranteed to have cracked buttons. Do not do that. Get the machining done for spring bind.
 
Just check and make sure your sheaves aren't touching, that's the key to keep it from hanging up.

Yes. Sheaves will not touch at proper deflection. Just always need to be sure some tension is on the adjuster wether it be screw or OSP.

Might add that some helix come cut extra deep to eliminate spring bind, ask your vendor.
