We have developed an all in one speed upgrade for your MPI 190 turbo SR Vipers. This kit includes a new lower gear, hyvo chain, machined helix with overdrive acceptance, secondary spring (set at 3-3), and secondary washers. We have seen drastic improvements over stock gearing/clutching as this kit allows your Turbo SR Viper to stretch its legs. Our testing has shown the engine being loaded at ~8600 RPM and climbing up to ~8800 RPM after a long pull (200 lb rider). This kit is ordinarily listed at $420 but is available to all ty members for $395. This kit is a must have to get that power to the ground!

This will still rquire clutching work because we have all seen dyno #'s that prove if running quiet muffler vs. aftermarket the HP #'s are drastically different. and the gearing change will change it also.

This kit is setup specifically for an SR Viper with a bolt on MPI Turbo kit. As you increase HP from this setup, additional clutching tweaks may be required (Many Variables).

When running a trail track and studs at st germain last year, this exact setup ran 105 mph in 1000 ft with the track spinning for the first 100 or so feet. With a proper track, i would run closer to 108-109. As far as top speed, it is well into the 116-119 range on radar in hardpack conditions.
