So while practicing social distancing today I found a new aspect of riding. The SRX is the first sled I have owned so I am still learning. Last Fridays powder has set up to corn snow which means you can go everywhere and everything is ultra smooth. I found myself entering a side hill with a bowel shape for a distance. I could hit 100mph in a gentle banked turn before I ran out of room. This was at the end of the day so I could not look for another place to do it. But I know somewhere out in the mountains is a perfect banked track to do the Daytona 500!

Awesome pictures......keep 'um coming.

It looks like you're running SLP Mohawk skis on your SRX.

Any comments on how you like them on your SRX?

I bought the SRX because I like trail riding the most. But we get 400 to 600 inches of snow each year. So even on the trails you are going to ride in powder a lot. I knew the stock skis are too narrow. So my brother got me the new ones. I have nothing to compare them too. Never ridden anything else. They do float at speed in new snow.

How is that 1" track working for you?

It spins all the time. I like how it slithers. That said I can still match my brothers bigger tracks at times and always pulls on the top end. There are lots of times when going off trail is a big no no. In the spring corn snow its all open.

We call that Hero snow. Everybody looks good riding it. Wish I was there. Social distancing at its FINEST.

Well what can I say! I am going to turn 67 in two weeks and I may well be losing it.
