Replacing my Y-Pipes on my 06 Apex. I removed the y-pipe bracket that is riveted to the tunnel. Should I just rivet it back or stainles steel bolts and nuts (I giggled when I typed "nuts")? a couple of the rivet holes are enlarged. Should I drill those out and used bolts on just those?
Thanks.
Todd
Thanks.

I used stainless button head bolts and nylock nuts. The rivets will just wear again and make the holes bigger.

No problem with the "ny" in the nylock melting?

Use Blue Loctite. Works well with SS and new bolts.

No I have not had any issues with them melting, and yes blue loctite makes sure they stay tight.
