Looks like my steering post is off like many others. What is the best way to adjust this? Is there a linkage to adjust the post, or do I adjust the linkage to the skis to center the post?

What do you mean? With the skis straight, are the bars turned? If so you have to adjust the tie rods @ the skis.

yes, skis are straight and bars are turned slightly to the left. On other sleds, there is a linkage from the bell crank that can be adjusted. I don't see any adjustment on this unit other than on the tie rods to the skis...unless I am missing something?

You need to adjust the tie rods. The correct way is to remove the rubber boots and loosen the jam nuts inside the bulk head as well as the ones by the skis, then turn the rod. I think it tells you in the book? If not I know it does in your pdi packet. My dealer did it differently. They removed the tie rod end by the ski and then adjusted from there w/out removing the boot. I know that's not the right way, but I don't see the difference? Sure is a ton easier. Oh almost forgot to get to the jam nut behind the rubber boots you have to turn the bars all the way in the opposite direction of the side you are working on.
