I installed some new Curve ski's and noticed the skis do not move freely up and down. They stick if I pull them up and do not go back down with being pushed. I'm guessing this collar inside should rotate freely inside. My question is what is affected by the skis no tbeing able to move freely up and down. Would it be a good ides to change the bushings and grease up the collars?

whenever I have the skis of which is as least once a year I always pull the ski spacers and collar to inspect the spindle bushings and clean them. I reinstall everything with a coating of anti seize compound.

the bushings in the spindle have to be pressed out. i used a socket with a 3 inch extension and pounded them out with a hammer. i installed up-bushmans spindle savers in my phazer, but not sure if their the same as the nytro.
