Clatla, I thought about doing that as well. I did the heli coil and it was super easy. Only hard part was trying to located a t wrench for the actual installation of the heli coil. I bought the kit, but it only included the heli coil, tap and tool. I bought a 1/4"-1/2" t handle for the tap, but didn't buy a t wrench for the heli coil tool. I ended up buying a hex head type socket set that had the right size for the tool. The auto parts store didn't have any of the t handles for that small of heli coil tool. I'm sure a 12 pt. socket would work too, but I didn't have one of those. Either way, heli coil is installed and bolt fits nice and tight.
