Catefully look the shaft over, There's an Alignment tooth that matches the crank.

It’s a flat spot in the crank that lines up with a flat spot on the stub internals.Catefully look the shaft over, There's an Alignment tooth that matches the crank.
It’s shows at the beginning of this video.

It can be a pain if it’s not perfectly aligned. Why did you pull it apart?Yes i see. But i cannot put the stub shaft freely on the block. Normal?
You can hold the flange part you bolt on and slightly turn shaft one way or the other and it will go on.

I change the bearing and loctite it.
I've mark with a sharpie the location of the shaft on the block.
The stub shaft was hard to get out.
I try to reinstall the stub shaft with no succes.
It look very tight to getter in place....
I need advice.

Is there any burrs on either spline?

Do you need to tap on the housing to put in the bloc?

Heat the block up lightly, it's a tight fit.

It helps to slightly chamber the block edge and the corner of that step on the stub. Freeze the stub for an hour, warm up the block with heat gun. It'll go right in by hand.Yes i see. But i cannot put the stub shaft freely on the block. Normal?
