I figure with the longer ripsaw track it will hook up alot better then my 03 RX-1 (120" track). I have 192 studs in the 03, that = alot of weight, close to 10 lbs when I put the studs, nuts, & backers on the scale. Whats the least amount I could get by with and still have good hook up? It's not that i'm cheap, i want to keep it as lite as possiable. I plan on studding down the center belt only. Also I have had very good luck with extreme max studs in the past and would like to stay with them, would the 1.4 inch stud work.

The size differance in what woodys rec. (1.325") is a little over 1/16".
So let's hear what you guys are doing. Thanks.

I went with 108 up the middle like I did on my Warrior. That worked great so I'm hoping it will work as well with the Attak ;)!

I ran 108 on my warrior also....it worked fine for me....did the same for the Attack..if you dont like it you could always add more.

Had the Attak on Rib Lake with all types of snow conditions. I have 108 1.325's down the center, with 54 1.18 signature series, with bug nuts. All using Stud Boy powerplates.

Bites very well! Bare ice, it grabs, then slips, then grabs again. I had the suspension set at center for transfer, and it wouldn't even pull the skis. I adjusted 5 turns before finding a sweet spot. Now the rear of the skis, just touch till 80mph.

108 down the middle sounds good to me. Now I wish I had a heated garage...
