**studding warning **

So after a full season of running, what's everyone's opinion on studding the center of the track? 1.450" ok or Not?

With 1.45" only leaving 1 1/2" open in dead center for tunnel protector, no sign of scratches anywhere. Saw some nasty trails in Millinocket last winter and bottomed her out a couple times before turning the QS3R's up to #2.

Yes

Thanks guys. That' what I needed to know.

I have 1.375" now. three per bar in the middle. Is going to 1.5" worth it?

Run em another season at least, unless you got a buyer? Then next yr slap in at least 1.450 up to 1.575
Woody's only recommends studding at 1.325 for our 1.25 track. At 1.45 you don't see any breaking or pulling out while riding our WNY trails?

I'm trying to fill the holes. Lol. What's the longest stud that I can use replace 1.375"? 1.575"? IDK????

If studded up the middle must remove centre protector on heat exchanger

So a lot of you are saying. Whats the big deal? isn't it better then hitting the cooler? ...It has made 1 hole in it so far in 600 miles but i think the track was loose.

Your track wasn't loose remember , it's got two rips in the center protector also.
Hook the horse and carriage back
Up and bring that sled back to town.
