Just finished yet another great season on my SR Viper XTX SE with only a few parts replaced out over the winter (new coilover rear shock, secondary bearing, and hand warmer).
I have planned to take apart my sled and fix a couple of the items still on my list.
Engine/Clutching:
How has everyone liked their Evolution reflash (for those who have it)? I'm looking at purchasing one of them, but would like to see which reflash is best for my riding style if everyone likes the product.
What clutching have people gone with? Obviously we know the Viper burns through belt dust like water over Niagara Falls and mine is no exception. Looking to see what has worked out best to reduce the amount of dust and also remained consistent (RPM relative to speed) over the course of a day. Right now, mine will vary from 8,900 RPM at 97 MPH indicated in the morning to bouncing off the rev limiter and barely pulling 80 MPH indicated. I'd like to correct this issue, even if I don't see the high speeds. Have you also regeared?
Exhaust:
I'd like to find a quality exhaust set (replacing the header and muffler) while also maintaining a level of appropriate noise. I wouldn't call mine quiet (track noise is pretty dominant at high speeds), but Maine seems to be very liberal with exhaust based on how you ride in areas. Has anyone found a good match for the Evolution products?
Miscellaneous:
Has anyone put something on their sled that has lead to one of those "ah ha" moments? I was thinking the rear idler set, adding the rear bumper flares, changing out the front shocks to QS3s, and replacing the front track shock (among other things).
Finally, does anyone have access to a sheet or diagram that lists the torque specs for the different nuts and bolts on these machines? I'll admit I haven't looked in the Owner's Manual yet, but still figured I'd ask!
Thanks for any input. If you're still riding, stay safe! If your season is over, don't worry because 2018 will be here soon!

The service manual has all the specs. I think it's available in one of the sticky's
