The suspension on my sled sometimes will not rebound and the rear shock just sits. I replaced it once already but it is still happening. Has this happened to anyone else and how did you fix it???? new shock?

Do you have the sled on a dolly (front or rear)? Normal if so, you might want to remove them and try again.

What sled is it? My XTX has about 4in of play when sitting in the shop, will not spring back to the top, found this to be the same on brand new units on showroom floor.

The Hygear torsion spring spacers help this...now less then an inch of sag give or take.

sag is not a shock issue, it is a spring rate issue. shocks dont push the sled back up, the springs do that work. shocks are just compression and rebound dampening system to take the harshness out of the springs. ski
