My son's has an RTX and I think the center shock gave up the ghost. The suspension is flat and has no rebound.
1. Is this thing rebuildable? If not, where is the best deal on a new one?
2. Do you need to pull the skid to replace it?
Looks like a summer project but I will get the new shock now if I can't get this one rebuilt.

I'd send it out to Pioneer Performance or Hygear Suspension (both located in NY) to have it serviced. As long as it's apart have them revalve it. Hygear does a good job upgrading the center shock with a Dual Rate spring and revalving.
