So let me get this straight. The Osram Silverstars are the best and brightest and the Powerplus are brighter (not as much as the Osrams) and a good deal correct (2for1).

well you get a 2 for 1 in a sense, there are actually 2 bulbs in a package so really you end up with 4 bulbs, and some marker lights.(dunno what i will do with those3).
