The One Thirty Six Thread.

Just got my 136 extensions from OFT racing with tip up, they look great. I see a few guys using the GYTR rear bumper. What part number is being used? Are these a straight bolt on or are they being modified?

I would go with the Skinz bumper. The GYTR bumper is crap... the tabs for the snow flap are cheap and break in about 1 ride! The Skinz bumper is built much better! At least that was my experience with the short track bumpers. Maybe the GYTR mountain bumper is better, but I doubt it!

I have an oppertunity to get a 1 1/4" x 136" from by brother's Crossfire7. I am running a 121, 1 1/2" freeride. Is it worth it to move up to a 136 and then reduce paddle size?

I would guess for average riding your gain would be nil.

Maybe a bit better flotation in the deep stuff.

Depends, my Dad's Apex noticed a huge gain in traction but of course that's double the horsepower.

136 would be a lot of work if you already have an 1.5" if you ask me.

Have fun

if you go for the extention and use your brothers track you will be set up if it dosent work too good you can wait for another track thats get bigger paddles. if it works well then your good to go.

Thought I'd put up some pics of my 136. Finished cutting track and installing skid last weekend. Should have the rear bumper finished soon.
