Yeah it's a 24 top.
Dmc it's one of your gears. I remember when I first put the gear in as I was worried about the bushing.
So what do I do now?

You need to get a 25 top gear . That will be your cheapest bet most likely as you already have the 90 link chain and bottom gear. 24/45 is about same ratio as 22/41 but chain fit is poor as youve seen

probably going to go back to stock gearing then and return my gear and chain. The top gear is dmc gear and I want to keep that.

You could get yourself a 46 bottom instead of the 45. That's a combo I have done before and makes that 90 chain usable.

I think at that point I may just go 21/38.You could get yourself a 46 bottom instead of the 45. That's a combo I have done before and makes that 90 chain usable.

One downfall of that combo is the chain is closer to the post.I think at that point I may just go 21/38.

Been running it for many years. Works fine. Never hits post. If it hits the post, your chain is too loose. One downfall of that combo is the chain is closer to the post.
