i ve seen this a few times and dealer has repaired under waranty but now sled has no waranty. last years ride air box filled with snow as boots are pushed out of position. Is there a better fix or a how to repair thread in here. did a search without any luck. Cant believe no one else had issues with that before.

Mine does it too when riding in wet or crusty powder.
I simply put it back in place after it happens. It takes time to put back properly, airbox off, etc.., use several flat head screw drivers and alot of twisting. An idea to fix coulld be to clamp the rubber between the plates with rivets. Might just do that due to the serious lack of winter right now...

Spray the white lithium grease in them, Stops them from sticking to the tie rods. Also reduces the steering effort. You have to do this ever other ride to stop the sticking. Only way I've found to stop pulling out the steering boots. Don't worry the grease will not rot the rubber.
