Time to change my hyfax ?

Anyone do this with the suspension still in the sled? If so any tips are appreciated. I did get the philp head screws out with no problems.

Sorry those links don't work on some devices, here's a direct link. YouTube vid. As you see in the video push the hyfax back through the track then peel it off, one side at a time.
