To phazer or not to phazer???

Here are the completed seats, we were so happy with them that we actually decided to start manufacturing the seat covers now for the Phazer, maybe we will put the boards into production as well!

Those covers do look nice ... you should get some takers, especially considering the limited availability of OE covers. I remember ordering an all-black cover from my dealer in 2010 and waiting more than 3 months only to cancel that order and place another order through the same dealer for a black and blue cover, which arrived two weeks later. I really hated having to settle for something I didn't want, but the old seat cover was badly ripped and I really needed to make the repair so I could ride the sled again.

Sort of off topic I know, but if you decide to offer them and can provide quick turn-around with orders you will have happy customers. ;)!

Looking forward to seeing the boards BTW ... maybe you sell some of those too?

Thanks for your positive feedback. We know exactly what you are talking about in regards to having fast turn around, we have been in the aircraft and sled deck manufacturing business for over 10yrs so we know how happy a customer can be when they order a part and it ships out right away. Since we have sold those two divisions of the company we are focusing in on custom products. This is why we will only be offering the seat covers in grey and white carbon, it will allow us to ensure we always have product in stock and ready to ship. We are building inventory right now!

Thanks again!

Just checked out the pics, should be fun projects!
Since your moving the skid back, I would recommend anti-stab wheels. A buddy has a Boondocker tubro Phazer with a 153" track and the skid moved back (not sure how far) and it did stab the track on a ride.
Since then he has been running anti-stab wheels with no issues. :-o

Thanks for the input, I will be running anti stab kits on both machines for sure!

Hey Guys

With sled season upon us we have decided we will only be able to complete one of the Phazer builds for this year (this is due to our on going golf cart orders, who would have thought orders for custom golf carts would still be pouring in) Of course we have decided on building the supercharged Phazer! So with that being said the other Phazer is for sale. If anyone is interested shoot us a PM.

Sounds like a good problem to have. Good luck with your build. G.B.

Thanks for your input, yes it's a great problem to have.

The stock Phazer sold! So we are onto the Supercharged one 100%

Hey guys we have made some more progress check it out! http://holomis.blogspot.ca/search/label/Phazer%20builds

Also with so much interest in our new blog we have decided to start what we call upload Tuesday, so every Tuesday there will be new content loaded onto the blog, some might be sled related, golf cart related or motorcycle related, sometimes it maybe some of everything, it just depends what we get done that week. We have done this so that everyone doesn't have to keep wondering if something has been loaded or not, now you know every Tuesday there will be some new content!

Also check out our new website www.simolocustoms.com sign up for our newsletter and have a look at our parts page, we will be adding new products as we find and test products that we think everyone should have!

Thanks for following our builds!

You get this thing up and running yet?
The conditions have been awesome. Thinking of going to hunters this Friday for a change of scenery.

Not yet, we are a fair bit away from it yet. We have been swamped with our custom golf cart business. As a matter of fact we have been so busy with the golf cart business that we had to make the decision to close down our snowmobile and motorcycle division to focus 100% of our efforts on the golf cart business.

So the snowmobiles and motorcycles are now just a hobby. Here are some update photo's of the sled though! You can see we started in on the tunnel, and the running boards, we also got the PTO extension done as well. More details of the build here http://www.snowestonline.com/forum/show ... p?t=322067
