have a 2011 apex that i was working on skid had to take off torsion springs a nd now cant pull springs into place too much torsion for me anybody have any tips for pulling them back into place

i usually only remove the long end as it is almost impossible to get enough leverage for short end.
make sure the spring tension adjuster is on the lowest setting. i then either muscle the long end into the holder by hand or if i am feeling lazy, i use a prying device/bar. i then use a wrench on the tension adjuster to set it where i want for ride.
