I need some help, as I can't find the info in the service manual.
Page 4-56, part number 7 - Front Axle Assembly. I need to know the diameter of the wheels and how thick the track on the sled is. (not width, but thickness of the track - have to add that (twice) to the diam of the wheel to get the correct overall diameter of the drive.)
I have a Phazer engine (man, sweet little power plant!) in an off road car and I haven't hooked up the speedo completely and it pisses off the dash unit (I get a code 42).
If I can get the diameter of the drive axle from the sled, I can work backwards and calibrate the speedo pickup to work with my car.
Thanks in advance.

Wheels are 7in and track with lugs is about a inch.Without lugs it is .233thick.
Very cool project!I tried convincing some guys building one of those ASE formula cars to use a Phazer motor but they had other ideas.Let us know how it goes.

Thanks for the info - it's exactly what I needed.
I can now figure out how many "teeth" I need to cut into the edge of my brake rotor so the speedo sensor is calibrated, more or less.
