I've been thinking about a track change but I'm wondering about my factory cover still fitting.

If I did a 128 track swap I'm guessing I could get away with out stretching the tunnel and cover would fit. If I do a 136 swap do I have to extend the tunnel and is there anyway to get the cover to fit?

Would I regret a 128 over a 136? I ride 80% trail.

I helped michdog2011 do a 128" stretch on his 07' phazer FX. We put on a 128" x 1 3/8" x 13.5" Arctic Cat Firecat track and he is real happy with the way it hooks up. No tunnel extension required. G.B.

I would think with 80% trail you should be fine with the 128 with a good lug. My extended tunnel (for a 137) just barely fits under my cover.

I also have a 128x 1.35 no tunnel extension and it hooks up great on the trail. off trail is still a work in progress. It dogs through the deep stuff a bit but for the most part its been great

Thanks for the replies. I'm going to have to keep an eye out for a 128 track.

I did the 136 and the cover still fits but it is tight.
