Rail Extensions! He just said go by this picture!

Well you 1st need to remove the rear wheels and axle. Then you need to remove the track adjuster brackets carefully as they are usually riveted on. Then clamp the rail extensions on so it looks like the picture. Drill the holes if nessasary and then tighten/torque the bolts to spec. Re-attach the track adjuster brackets on the rail extensions with the supplied bolts. Assemble the rear axle and wheels and re-install the skid back into the sled with the new track

Alright thanks! Very good tips forsure! I'll keep them in mind

Hey,
I'm in the process of hunting down a 136x14x1.5 freeride track and rail extensions for my phazer.
I found a site offering a decent deal and was wondering if anyone has done business with them?
any feedback would be appreciated the company name is
Hartman inc.

Check out tracks usa freeride package, it comes with everything and the price is better then hartman.

oh, funny how you can look over something ten times before you realize that's what you're looking for.
Thanks

Are you being sarcastic lol? I'll grab you the link of the same package purchased it's the best 136" extention package...im in the process right now of extending my phazer with this same package.

no haha!
that came off the wrong way really thanks.
I just meant that I had looked at that website a few times and couldn't find the right thing then you told me and I went straight to it.

Here is the link you are looking for, it includes a track, extension rails. On the second hand you need to purchase larger sliders off them...... or any snowmobile parts dealer, and you need to be semi handy on stretching the tunnel back so the new track doesn't hit it. You want the "freeride package" in this list. its $630.00 for everything. The track is amazing 136x14x1.5. hope that helped. D.H

Your location is also Minnesota USA, your lucky cause I also paid 150$ for shipping and another 100$ for border taxes.
