Went to fire up the sled after I had changed the oil. Er-1 came up on the display the fuel level and fuel light were both flashing also. Any ideas?

there is no error code 1

here are the list of error codes
fuel light and fuel level flashing usually means you only have 1 bar of fuel left if you add some fuel it should go away

ER-1 is no signal received from the ECU.
Open or short circuit in wiring harness.
Malfunction in meter.
Malfunction in ECU.
Defective wire connection in ECU coupler.
Check to be sure you have both the speedo plugged in and also the headlights. This would be the two prongs you plug-in when putting the headlight/speedo assembly back on.
