Anyone else have issues with the tunnel packing up with ice and snow? If I run over 60 mph on smooth trails for long perioids of time it packs so full up front that the track starts hitting it and vibrating. Not horribly but you can feel it in your feet.

Mine too, its the heat exchanger, wonder if you could put some kind of product to stop the snow from sticking to the inner sides?

I sprayed the underside with silicone spay and now I get 0 build up. Falls right off now. WD/40 should work well also.

I only notice it in the mornings. Then I warm it up in reverse on the stand. Pulls everything out of the tunnel.

Smooth trails and cold temps this will happen on many sleds. My etec did same.
Gotta hit some bumps here and there to get it to drop out.....We had to lift back end up after it got bad and drop sled over and over to get the chunks to drop out.
