Turbo, clutching, gearing ... Help

Arctic cat red/white not anything fancy. Since the tangs are in different locations on cat springs the numbers won't match for twist degrees. setting 0-1 is about 60 degrees. its not titanium

I gave a set of 21/41 gears to Bleedyamaha for his N/A LTX ad he is getting 107 mph.

Last year on My XTX with 21/41 and the smaller 8 tooth 3.0 driver was getting 112 mph at 13 #'s of boost.
Now I have my 15 with 7#'s hitting 114 with a lot more to go (still in break in) and it is clutched for 10.5#'s of boost so should get to 123 ish on the 26/44 gears on the 8 tooth driver.

And the 14 with a 2.86 driver and I believe 27/44 gears in it should be ballistic - won't know till Tuesday!!!

I need help aswell.....15 RTX LE 24/50 gears.......MPI Turbo, Intake Mounted Outside......Ulmer Kit with red Spring 6-2, "K" Helix, 2-0-2, Innovate Gauges, Boost fluctuates between 3.5#'s to 5#'s. primary shifts out to about 1/4" from edge. Low end it's like an animal, but hits a wall at about 85 or so mph.
Is there to do with my secondary? Do I need to add washers or something somewhere? Any suggestions would be great......

Need to know what your RPMs are doing up top? Not sure what rate the Ulmer red is , but k helix is 49/41 so it sounds like a yami silver could work wrapped at about the same. Or possibly try the cat red/white, With little or no twist. This is assuming the clutches are over shifting and slipping. Loose snow conditions?

In the deep snow conditions RPM's drop off to about 8500 so I guess I could take one of the washers out of the tip for deep snow conditions. I just figured with the extra power it could keep up its Rev's. Yes, snow was a little loose but not too bad when trying the top speed runs, it still hits a wall at 85 or so. If I put it on a stand and hit it for a few seconds, would the speedometer tells us anything about the shifting then or do you think it would just hit the limiter and tell us nothing?

Sounds like it's overshifting to me. I wonder if these Ulmer red springs are taking a set and relaxing somewhat? Lots of guys are saying the same thing you are. The easiest thing to try is a different spring which will probably work. Problem is I don't know the spring rates on ulmers red spring so it's hard to tell you what to go too. I would seriously try the red/white Arctic cat spring it's has worked good for me with similar helix / horsepower combinations.

Only $20 why not

Probably not because a lot of guys have been complaining about this same issue with your setup. 80 degrees twist on any clutch setup has never worked well for me. I usually try to find a spring that works with around 30-60 twist. You get more rate this way and it works good with tall gears in loose snow.
