Got a Bender Turbo RX1 that just will not run. Dropped it off to the dealer that installed it and they cannot figure it out. Bender has no answer other than bring it to them (far away). We are ready to set it on fire. The sled just pops and mises. Playing with it again the other night we raised the needles and it cleaned up the bottom but made the top worse. Runs great now up till half throttle. Does not make sense. The top runs on mains only. This has been going on for months and the sled has been apart at least ten times. Replaced most everything. We are now thinking that its just fat and we need to go to lower mains. Bender says no but got to try something. Does anyone here have an idea or want to buy a real low milage RX! Turbo?

Question 1 : Do you have a air/ fuel guage.?
yes. it does go toward rich once it gets out aways

Recently found a problem very similiar to this. Also chased it for awhile however you may have to re-epoxy your lines on your carbs (betweeen 1 & 2 and 3 & 4 carbs) The epoxy did not seal. If you see the plastic fitting rotate it did not seal. This definitly solved the problem in my case.

What size mains?
Stock mains as Bender said to leave in. Tried every pito jet from closed to no jet at all

I have 128.8 mains in my Bender , You need to know this before going further .

If your T's are leaking you can always try a zip tie. Hold it down with a screw driver and pull up with a pair of pliers Just curious--would a leak in the T's cause it to run lean or rich? I would think lean because you are decreasing the pressure to the bowls.
