Turbo XTX launching with the limiter pulled down

After trying to install the Universal adjustable limiter strap with no luck because the adjuster lays against the shock and if you turn it around it hits the drivers, I pulled the strap up 1 hole from stock. I think it has left the transfer for a good launch but it does not want to stand up on its tail on hard packed trails.

She ski pressure is better in the turns and it still comes up about a foot on launch.
