I just checked my spec sheet from Ulmer. It says the Helix is a K from my kit last year.

I tweaked the weights slightly, if you're happy with your kit, you may have updated settings already as started doing the changes in season last year.

I have two choices in helix when setting up your clutch kit. You will either receive a K helix or H helix, depending on your rider weight and track lug height.

Won't the secondary bind using the 8dn belt without machining??

It won't bind without machining, but you can run out of adjustment. I have either the OSP belt adjuster we can sell as well or you can send your secondary in for machining.
