Munising results with NOS. I used 8 lbs. of nitrous this last weekend.
Only thing I saw a downfall on was, that when it is under 0°, the bottle lost some of it's pressure, which made hpr. go down. Still, after having the button whenever you want it, we put on a good amount of miles, and 9 good long nitrous runs (about 1/4 mile long). I had Mr Sled's nephew time me on refilling a bottle, and it took 38 seconds once the bottle was off the sled. I hit the rev limiter once, and it had no reprocussion on anything. My clutching is at 9,700, and after hitting it, it usually went to 10,450, except for the track spin episode. That was around 11,200. No problems after 1,000 miles on the 05, and roughly 15 lbs. of nitrous.

Terry get those 40hp nozzels in and lets us know how that works. I'm going to order my kit next week and if the 40hp nozzles work as well as the 30's I'm going the get them.
Thank you very much for all your hard work and effort on this topic!!!!!

Tina from the Uphill pub was chewing me out after I did that. She told me about the incident. 142 on the speedo is about 129-130, but is stiil pretty fast!

Hey NOS PRO they are having Radar runs and Drag races in Chassell MI on March 12 which is 7 miles south of houghton. I posted it in the RX forum. I would love to see you and your machine there to kick butt. I'd really hate to see anything but a yammie take home the trophy for fastest man on the bay!

How long is the run, 1/4 or 1/2 mile? I don't have the pics to get me out of the hole the best, but can get going in a big hurry after that.

The radar run is a 1/4 mile. They are supposed to have 2 lanes. One scraped down to ice and one for sleds without picks. But I will find out for sure.
