Yup. Speculator it is. House is right on C4 (powerline to Charlie Johns).
They love the miniZ. We got it used. The previous owner did some work to it. There's a zip-tie on the throttle spring retarding it a bit. He also has a clutch kit for it. Not sure if I'm going to put that on or not. The kids already go crazy as is.

Zip tie on spring makes it faster.
