My wife's Vector has the noise although after reading these posts I thought it would be a lot worse but it is there. Not a big deal to me. For kicks my buddy and I switched clutches with his SRX. The SRX clutch is quiet on the SRX when we put the Vector clutch on the SRX it was also quiet. When we put the SRX clutch on the Vector the noise returned. Nothing wrong with the clutch or the Vector just noise from the clutch caused by the 4-stroke triple engine pulses.
I then had a funny thought. Some of us are worried about being embarresed about the noise when starting up and showing off our new sleds in the garage. Imagine for a minute if you started your new Vector and oily blue smoke billowed out and filled the garage with a blue haze, the engine ring a ding dinged and pinged, the motor rocked and vibrated in the chassis, and then your oil covered spark plug fouled out and the engine died. NOW THAT WOULD BE EMBARASSING!!! (that is the reality of a two stroke) We are all so lucky we forget about the noises and issues with a two stroke!

That small noise doesn't bother me. It's so darn quiet while moving it makes up for it at idle. MM.

I find yhe track noise a lot more anoying than the clutch .You don't here the clutch at 70mph.
